AMPOL Expands to New Facility - Tuesday, December 14, 2010
|
|
In December 2010, American Pollution Control Corp. relocated to: 401 West Admiral Doyle in New Iberia, Louisiana
This facility, on a 9-acre plot of land, houses our administrative offices, maintenance shop, and 150,000 square feet of warehouse. Already boasting the largest private stockpile of offshore oil spill control equipment, AMPOL now has the space it needed to expand more.
The 10-bay truck dock allows for more efficient loading of our emergency response equipment. There is also adequate space for equipment testing and research and development projects. The building also houses a complete ICS Operations Center and Training facility available for our clients’ use.
AMPOL currently employs nearly 200 full-time employees and, in addition to Oil Spill Response, continues to offer services for Tank Cleaning, Confined Space Entry, NORM, Lead and Asbestos Abatement, Insulation services, Haz-mat Emergency cleanup, Soil remediation, and Demolition services, and AMPOL is a leading manufacturer of spill response equipment and products.
We invite all of our friends to come for a visit and we will proudly provide a tour of our new facilities. Our contact numbers and email addresses remain unchanged.
